PERSONAL DATA REQUEST FORM

This form is provided to make it easier for you to submit a request to the data controller when exercising your rights under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The information you provide will be processed to verify your identity, assess your request and respond to your application.

You can submit your request using the online form below. Alternatively, you can complete the application form (PDF, Turkish) and send it with a wet signature to our company address, to our registered electronic mail (KEP) address geosys@hs01.kep.tr signed with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature, or to info@geosys.com.tr from the email address registered in our system. Please note that the PDF form is available in Turkish only. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

Data Subject Request Privacy Notice

The identity, contact and request details you provide are processed to verify your identity, to conclude your request under Article 13 KVKK and to fulfil our legal obligations, based on Article 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and Article 5/2-e (establishment, exercise or protection of a right) KVKK. Your ID number and attachments are stored encrypted; request records are kept for 10 years after the request is concluded.
